More specifics

You can easy build your database to meet your requirements:

  • Create the tables you need, such as Customers, Properties, Tenants, etc.
  • Determine the relationships between the tables and establish the connections, for example, 1 customer can own n properties
  • Define the data fields you need for each table, such as text fields, address fields, phone numbers, dropdown fields, subscription etc.
  • Here you can predefine if your users should choose from a predefined selection of answers. For example, you can predefine that the choices are limited to "green," "yellow," "red," and "blue."
  • You can configure both the minimum and maximum selection.
  • You can choose between different views.
  • A signature field allows the user to input freehand drawings.
  • They are ideal for signatures.
  • Very useful with a stylus on mobile devices (tablet).
  • You can flexibly define which data your colleagues, customers, or business partners are allowed to upload.
  • This includes file types (images, Office documents, PDFs, etc.), file size (maximum), as well as the minimum and maximum number of files.
  • This way, you maintain control over the number and types of files that can be exchanged.
  • There a different pre-defined views you can choose
  • Table relationships are a bit more complex but extremely relevant in structuring your data.
  • Relationships depict connections between tables.
  • For instance, a 1:n relationship means that, for example, 3 records in the Properties table can point to one record in the Customers table.
  • This would imply that these three properties are assigned to that one customer.
  • Moreover, this helps avoid duplicate data entry and ensures data integrity.
  • You can define the access permissions for data in various views, such as editing, deleting, and creating data.
  • This allows you to control who can do what in each view.
  • For example, you could grant all your employees full access to the data, while allowing your business partners to only view data and documents without being able to make changes.
  • Thus you can fine-tune different data access for many users
  • You define the views in the administration area.
  • These are the front-ends that your users will see on their laptops, tablets, or phones.
  • You have many display options available.
  • For example, you can define how documents should be displayed (e.g., just the filename, a thumbnail, or a large image).
  • You can create multiple languages for your web app.
  • This way, you can collaborate within an international team.
  • For translation, you can access our AI interface to automatically translate table and data field labels.
